Listed West to East

Caerphilly Miners CF83 2ww

Take J32 off the M4 and head north on the A470 towards Merthyr Tydfil. Take the exit off the A470 sign posted for Caerphilly. Take 3rd exit off roundabout and head up the hill. (30 mph speed limit with camera) Follow signs for the hospital from here. Parking is free. map

Llandough CF64 2XX

M4 J33 onto A4232 for approximately 8 miles. Go past the museum of welsh life leave road at junction for Penarth. (Don’t forget 80p for parking) map

Morriston SA6 6NL

M4 west to east, exit at J46, follow signs for Morriston / D.V.L.A. and the hospital
M4 east to west J45. (As before). map

Neath/Port Talbot SA12 7XB

From west to east.
M4 J41 onto A48. Take the first left off the roundabout and go over humpback bridge. Take first left off next roundabout. Follow long road towards hospital. (You will see m4 off to your left as you go down this road) Parking is 80p fro the day. map

Nevill Hall NP7 7EG

From Swansea/Carmarthenshire/up to bridgend
M4 J43 onto A465 and head for Merthyr. Stay on A465 for approximately 35 miles. Follow signposts and roundabouts (lots of them), for Merthyr at first and then Abergavenny. Drop down form Bryngwynmawr round about and petrol station (long descent). Continue and take exit on left for Abergavenny. Follow signs for the hospital from here. (Hospital is on A40 towards Brecon)
From Cardiff/Rhondda area
M4 J33 onto A470 to Merthyr, then onto A4060 heading for Abergavenny.

From Newport area.

Royal Glamorgan CF72 8XR

Follow M4 corridor heading west take j34 and get onto thea4119( North Bound) to Llantrisant and follow signs(A+E in red square) for hospital. map

Royal Gwent Hospital NP20 2UB

M4 eastbound. Stay on to J28. Drop down slip road onto roundabout and follow exit for town centre. (A48) HDU/ITU 3rd floor map

Singleton SA2 8QA

Take j42 off the m4 and onto A483(sign posted for Swansea). Follow this road for approximately 4 miles which is all dual carriageway. Pass Sainsbury’s to your left as you enter the town. Continue on same road and pass the university on your right. Turn right at set of lights (sign posted for hospital) and onto a4216. Head up slight hill and the hospital is on the right. Parking is changeable but will be discounted by seeking senior nurses on call. map

University Hospital Wales CF14 4XW

Travelling east or west
M4 J32 onto A470 heading for Cardiff centre. University Hospital Wales is sign posted on the left side. (Don’t forget parking is £1.50. Report to kiosk on ground floor of multi story to have ticket checked BEFORE shift) map

West Wales General Hospital SA31 2AF

M4 west J49, which becomes A48. follow this dual carriageway to Carmarthen. West Wales General Hospital is sign posted (3rd off the Carmarthen roundabout). map

Withybush SA61 2PZ

From Carmarthen roundabout – follow signs for A40 for approx 40 miles aiming for Haverfordwest. Take the first left of the main roundabout. Withybush hospital is then well sign posted. map
