He also believes that a significant factor in Richmond’s success is attributable to being able to provide its nurses with a insightful, knowledgeable and empathetic approach.

"8 years ago I became a full-time Richmond Nurse. I haven't looked back. The well-organised Richmond Agency team offer me shifts in my speciality, in areas I can travel to and only on the days I am available...no pressure! Regular training opportunities keep me up to date. Most importantly, when I really needed their help, Richmond supported me, completely, 24/7."

We are also able to offer access to some of our practical training modules during weekend periods – just call us to enquire!

Serology

Richmond works with a UKAS accredited private commercial pathology company who are able to cater for a wide variety of blood tests. This enables us to provide our clinical staff with a fast and efficient service thus making your journey through compliance that much easier. We even have our own trained Phlebotomists on-site who will talk you through the whole process – as opposed to sending you off to a third party for what can be a nerve-wracking experience for some!
